Miró Vermouth actively participated in the Gastronomic Days: production, innovation and gastronomy, organised by the Tarragona Provincial Council on 11 November in Salou and 25 November in La Ràpita. This initiative, part of the Som Gastronomia – Catalonia, World Region of Gastronomy 2025 programme, focused on the value of local products, gastronomic talent and the strength of the country’s agri-food sector.
For Miró, this two-day event was an exceptional opportunity to continue highlighting our commitment to the land and the gastronomic culture that defines us. Across both sessions we shared space with high-quality local products and brands, and exchanged experiences with renowned chefs, producers, companies and professionals who work every day to elevate the prestige of Catalan gastronomy.
The programme combined networking areas and meeting spaces with exhibitions of DO and PGI products, inspiring talks, round tables and live showcookings led by renowned chefs from the province. An ideal setting to demonstrate that our territory’s gastronomy is built not only by restaurants, but also by all those producers and artisans who, like Miró Vermouth, work with dedication to offer an authentic, high-quality product rooted in tradition.

For us, being present in these spaces is essential to give visibility to the sector and strengthen the connections between the different actors that make up the food value chain.
