Preparation:
- Fill a tall glass (Collins) with ice to the rim.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, Miró Rosé, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture over the ice in the Collins glass.
- Top with soda water, leaving about 1 cm of headspace.
- Gently stir with a long bar spoon to blend the ingredients.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge and a maraschino cherry skewered on a cocktail stick.
Tips:
- For an extra touch of freshness, you can add a few mint or basil leaves as a garnish.
- If you prefer a sweeter cocktail, adjust the amount of simple syrup.
- For a more elegant presentation, use a clear, thin-walled Collins glass.
