The Mass Wine Miró is a liqueur wine of 15% vol. made through the partial fermentation of pure grape must, that is, after the removal of the stem and skin, and highly rich in sugar. The fermentation process is stopped by adding wine alcohol when at least two thirds of the must have already fermented, acquiring at this point the desired alcoholic level and maintaining a high concentration of sugars. Finally, to achieve the aromas and flavors of this liqueur wine, a natural oxidative aging of at least three months is carried out, after which the wine is ready for bottling.

Due to all this, it has an Ecclesiastical Certificate.

Yellow-orange in color with tile tones with a clear and bright appearance, revealing a certain intensity. With a soft nose and aroma of fleshy fruits and also ripe grapes, with subtle notes of green walnuts. It has a frank flavor in the mouth, balanced, broad without being too structured. With a pleasant finish. Perfect for ecclesiastical use.
