Miró Vermouth celebrates 25 years of Masergrup with the inauguration of the new corporate headquarters

Last Friday, November 10, Miró Vermouth celebrated together with the rest of the companies of the group, the 25th anniversary of Masergrup with the inauguration of the new corporate headquarters and a gala.

A commemorative event that reviewed the past, present and future of the company in front of more than 300 guests, including authorities, colleagues, managers and responsible for the municipal and regional business network, and friends.

 

 

25 years of Masergrup

After the ribbon cutting to formalize the inauguration of Masergrup’s new corporate headquarters and the unveiling of a commemorative plaque at the main entrance, a tour of the headquarters took place. The facilities, with a total of 14,152m2 divided into three floors plus a subway floor, stand out for their commitment to digital transformation, sustainability and the environment. The new headquarters has become the third building with the LEED Gold seal in the province of Tarragona, thus certifying this commitment to the future and other certificates such as the RESET certificate or an A+ energy certification.

The visit to the new building ended at the logistics warehouses of the company TECNOL, located in the same building, where the opening ceremony of the 25th anniversary of Masergrup was held. After the speeches, speeches and congratulations from different guests at the gala and institutional authorities such as the Minister of Enterprise and Employment of the Generalitat of Catalonia, Roger Torrent; the president of the Provincial Council of Tarragona, Noemí Llauradó, and the mayor of Reus, Sandra Guaita and the president of FC Barcelona, Joan Laporta; it was the turn of Mr. Martinez i Serra.

 

 

Vision for the future

The president and founder of Masergrup, Xavier Martínez i Serra, took stock of these 25 years of trajectory and pointed out the date as a turning point for the global internationalization of the companies that make up the group. He also referred to Masergrup’s Strategic Plan for the coming years, with a strong investment and a commitment to innovation, also in Miró Vermouth through research and development of new products to meet new market needs.

Xavier Martinez pledged to “extend internationally all those products of the group that have a global character” and “to make known to the world other identifying assets of Reus such as Miró Vermouth”.
