Miró Rosso and Miró Bianco: two classics with their own style and Perfect Serve

Vermouth is much more than just a drink: it’s a ritual, a moment to share, enjoy, and savour life slowly. And if there are two great classics in our house, they are Miró Rosso and Miró Bianco—two benchmarks that have been setting the rhythm of the aperitif for generations.

But… how do you enjoy them to the fullest? Today we’re sharing the Perfect Serve for each, because the experience begins with the first sip, but it’s meant to be lived with all the senses.

Miró Rosso: intensity, character and tradition

Our Miró Rosso is a red vermouth with body, spicy notes, and an unmistakable balance between sweetness and bitterness. Ideal for lovers of traditional vermouth.
Perfect Serve:

  • Old fashioned glass or our signature Miró glass.
  • Lots of ice.
  • Half an orange slice to enhance citrus tones and add freshness.
  • Optional: a green olive for a briny contrast.
  • Pair it with chips, cockles or a small plate of pickled snacks. An unbeatable combo!

It also makes an excellent base for cocktails like the Negroni or Manhattan, thanks to its complexity and lingering flavour.

Miró Bianco: smoothness, freshness and elegance

Miró Bianco is the softer, more floral version of our vermouths. Its golden colour and fruity taste make it perfect for those looking for a lighter, more refreshing sip.
Perfect Serve:

  • Balloon glass or our signature Miró glass.
  • Plenty of ice.
  • Half a lemon slice or grapefruit peel to boost its citrus notes.
  • A few fresh basil leaves for a surprising aromatic touch.
  • Perfect with seafood, mild cheeses or nuts.

Its versatility also makes it ideal for cocktails like the Bianco Tonic: just add premium tonic water and garnish with lemon peel.

You choose, we bring the vermouth

Whether you prefer the bold flavour of Rosso or the lightness of Bianco, the key is to enjoy it your way. At Miró Vermouth, we believe there’s no single way to enjoy the perfect vermouth—but one thing is for sure: it’s always meant to be shared.
And you? How do you take yours?
