Miró Vermouth at the 41st Sant Vicenç dels Horts Gastronomic Festival

Last weekend, we were present at the 41st Commercial, Agricultural and Gastronomic Exhibition of Sant Vicenç dels Horts, where we shared our passion for Miró Vermouth with all the attendees.

Our brand ambassador, Ester Bachs, led a tasting session showcasing our finest products. Attendees enjoyed a sensory journey, appreciating the flavours and aromas that define the unique character of our vermouth. They also learned about the origin of vermouth, the characteristics of the botanicals we use, and the processes and key elements involved in making the base wine for authentic Miró vermouth.

The tasting was complemented by the creative tapas proposed by sommelier Arnau Marco. The audience was surprised by the wide variety of combinations.

It was an emotional day full of reunions with great professionals from the sector. This event allowed us to showcase the quality and diversity of our range, from the classic Miró Black Vermouth — intense and aromatic, perfect for traditional aperitifs — to the White Vermouth, which is fresh and smooth and ideal for pairing with lighter dishes. Then there is our Rosé Vermouth, an innovative option with fruity notes and a unique colour. Finally, there are our more mature vermouths: Reserva and Gran Reserva, which are full-bodied and intense, perfect for the most discerning palates.

At Miró Vermouth, we are delighted to present and exhibit our products at such high-level gastronomic events as this one in Sant Vicenç dels Horts, the patisserie capital, which celebrates the Haba de Cacao gala during these dates every year. This is a high-level pastry exhibition with renowned chefs such as Christian Escribà and Jordi Roca in attendance.
