This proposal combines the vegetal intensity of tomato juice with the dry freshness of Miró Extra Dry, resulting in a balanced, refreshing cocktail full of nuance, ideal for characterful aperitifs.

Miró Extra Dry brings a dry and aromatic character, with herbal and Mediterranean notes that naturally integrate with fresh tomato. Lemon juice adds a point of acidity that provides tension and clarity on the palate, while the red chili hot sauce introduces a vibrant and stimulating touch without being overpowering. Worcestershire sauce enhances the complexity of the blend with spicy and umami nuances, and the final touch of salt and pepper allows the balance to be adjusted to personal taste.
