Vermouth Basil Smash

Herbal, citrus and extremely fresh style.

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Miró Bianco
  • 8–12 fresh basil leaves
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 10–15 ml simple syrup
  • Ice
  • Basil for garnish

 

Preparation:

  1. In a shaker, muddle the basil with the syrup and lemon juice.
  2. Add Miró Bianco and ice.
  3. Shake and strain into a low glass with ice.
  4. Garnish with a basil leaf.
