Miró Vermouth repeats in La Cursa de RAC1

Last Sunday, October 15, in the coastal town of Salou, was held the eighth edition of La Cursa de RAC1 in which Miró Vermouth was a collaborator for another year.

More than 2,200 sports and radio lovers gathered at the Paseo Jaume I in Salou to start La Cursa de RAC1, making it the most crowded race among the races with the same characteristics. The 5km race has made a red tide of runners and athletes stained the center of the town of Salou, from the promenade where there was the start and finish to the Torre Vieja through the modernist villa Bonet and the Capitania building.

Once the race was over, within the Via Lliure program that was broadcast live from the promenade of Salou, the prizes were awarded. The female podium was headed by Elisa Melilli, with a time of 17 minutes and 55 seconds, and already winner of the previous edition. The first position on the men’s podium was for Josep Diaz, with a time of 15 minutes and 42 seconds. And finally, the special category of RAC1 that have been awarded Martí Oliveras and Laia Vila with times of 21 minutes and 3 seconds and 23 minutes and 57 seconds respectively. The winners, in addition to the trophy that certifies them as winners in their categories of the eighth edition of La Cursa de RAC1, have received a bottle of Miró Vermouth and other gifts from other collaborators.
