Miró Vermouth received at the Parliament of Catalonia as a winner of the 2026 Vinari Awards

Yesterday, at Miró Vermouth, we had the honor of being welcomed at the Parlament de Catalunya, together with other wineries and producers awarded at the Premis Vinari, in an institutional event hosted by the President of the Parliament, Josep Rull. This meeting recognized the work of the wine and vermouth sector in Catalonia, as well as the quality and international projection of products made in our region.

During the reception, the role of wine and vermouth as essential elements of Catalan culture, history, and identity was highlighted. The President of the Parliament emphasized that Catalan wines and vermouths have significantly improved in quality in recent years and are now recognized and enjoyed worldwide. He also stressed the importance of continuing to focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability as key drivers for the future of the sector.

The event began with a reception in the Parliament’s chamber, an emblematic space of Catalan political life, where all awarded producers gathered. Afterwards, attendees enjoyed a guided tour of the building located in Parc de la Ciutadella, learning about its history and transformation into the seat of Catalonia’s main institutions.

This institutional recognition comes after Miró Vermouth received four awards at the 2026 Vinari Vermouth Awards, which have become one of the most important competitions in the sector in Catalonia. These awards highlight not only the quality of our products, but also our ongoing commitment to innovation and adaptation to new consumer trends.

Among the awards received, Miró Reserva was granted a Gold Medal in the reserve vermouth category, standing out for its classic and well-balanced profile. In the innovative vermouth category, Miró Fusión received the Vinari Grand Gold Award for Best Innovative Vermouth 2026, one of the most prestigious recognitions of the competition. Miró Rosé also earned a Gold Medal, recognizing a fresh and contemporary proposal that connects with new consumers. Finally, Miró Zero Aperitif received a Gold Medal in the non-alcoholic aromatized aperitif category, confirming the success of offering alcohol-free alternatives without compromising on flavor or experience.

For us, taking part in this reception at the Parlament de Catalunya has been a great honor and a recognition of the work carried out by the entire team behind every bottle of Miró. Events like this highlight the efforts of producers and reinforce the importance of the wine and vermouth sector within the country’s culture and economy.

At Miró Vermouth, we will continue working to preserve the quality, tradition, and innovation that define us, with the aim of bringing the vermouth culture of Reus to the world.
