This past weekend, from November 7 to 9, we had the honour of taking part in the first edition of the Salou Wine Fair, SAVI, which gathered wineries, producers, and lovers of wine and vermouth in a truly special setting.
For Miró Vermouth, our participation was a real celebration of our land, our tradition, and our craftsmanship. Visitors to our stand enjoyed a wide range of our vermouths — from the timeless classics to our latest innovations, such as Miró Rosé and the alcohol-free Miró Zero. We shared moments of conversation, connection, and genuine passion for the culture of vermouth in an unbeatable atmosphere.
The event, held in a festive and gastronomic environment, combined guided tastings, sampling sessions, and educational activities with networking spaces and gourmet pairings. It was a fantastic opportunity to showcase the essence of Reus vermouth and Miró’s ongoing commitment to quality, creativity, and modernity — a blend of tradition and innovation that we nurture every day to meet our customers’ needs.
We are deeply satisfied with the response from both the public and professionals who visited our space. Every glass served was an invitation to discover the passion behind each bottle of Miró, and to understand that vermouth is much more than a drink: it’s culture, tradition, and shared moments.
