Miró Vermouth once again took part in one of the most important gastronomic events on the Costa Daurada. From May 22nd to 24th, the brand participated in the 14th edition of Sabor Salou, a fair that once again transformed Jaume I Promenade into a major meeting point for gastronomy, vermouth and Mediterranean lifestyle.
For three days, Salou was filled with visitors, aromas, music and culinary experiences of all kinds in an edition that once again exceeded expectations. This year, the event welcomed around 90,000 visitors, consolidating its position as one of the leading gastronomic and tourism events in the region while also reinforcing its goal of promoting tourism beyond the summer season and boosting local economic activity.
From Miró Vermouth’s perspective, the experience was extremely positive thanks to the warm reception at the brand’s stand, where hundreds of visitors had the opportunity to discover and taste a wide range of products. From the company’s most classic and iconic vermouths to the latest additions to the collection, such as Miró Rosé, Miró Zero and Miró Spritz, as well as several cocktail proposals designed to enjoy vermouth in a fresh, modern and Mediterranean way.
Visitors were able to experience the essence of Miró Vermouth in a privileged seaside setting while enjoying gastronomy, music and leisure moments at a fair that once again stood out for its atmosphere and high participation. The brand’s presence at Sabor Salou reinforces its commitment to the region, gastronomic culture and the promotion of experiences linked to vermouth and the Mediterranean lifestyle.
One of the highlights of the weekend took place during the closing day, when attendees enjoyed a tasting of recipes prepared by chef Pep Moreno, from Deliranto restaurant, paired with Miró Vermouth products. A gastronomic experience that showcased the versatility of vermouth and its ability to complement different culinary creations.
