International Women’s Day

Dear team,

International Women’s Day invites us to reflect on the road we have traveled and the road we still have to build, in order to achieve more equitable and inclusive work spaces. It is not only about celebrating women’s achievements, but also about recognizing that real progress happens when men and women work together, promoting respect, equal opportunities and recognition based on talent and effort.

Personally, as a father of two daughters and two sons, I constantly ask myself what kind of world we are creating for the next generations. My wish is that they grow up in an environment where each person has the possibility to develop fully, without barriers or inequalities.

At Masergrup (Fruselva, Miró, Tecnol), we understand that equity is not achieved with a single action or in a single day, but with decisions and attitudes that are reflected in everyday life. From providing fair opportunities, to ensuring that all voices are heard, every small gesture contributes to real change.

Today is a time to recognize the value of teamwork, the importance of mutual support, and the impact we can make when we foster talent without distinction. Let’s continue to work for an environment where everyone can grow, contribute and leave their mark.
