Gran Reserva Sour

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Miró Gran Reserva
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • Egg white (optional)
  • A few drops of aromatic bitters

 

Preparation:

  1. Shake all the ingredients without ice (if using egg white, dry shake first).
  2. Add ice and shake again.
  3. Strain into a glass and add a few drops of bitters as garnish.

Characteristics:
