The Miró & Paco Pérez Rosso Fusion brings back many memories of Arbequina olives and Mediterranean plants that mark this vermouth from the beginning. On the palate it is silky, honeyed and with good body. It is accompanied in its passage through the mouth by subtle touches of licorice, orange peel and an echo of star anise, which play melodically with the great breadth of flavors. It has a very Mediterranean accent, with that salinity and the typical aromatic plants, thyme, rosemary, laurel…, main plants that are also used to cure olives. And we can say that the olives have matured this vermouth giving it its touch of grace!

Appearance: Intense mahogany color with greenish reflections.

Flavor: Very tasty, silky and sweet on the palate. With subtle touches of licorice, orange peel and an echo of star anise that play with the great aromatic breadth of this vermouth.
