Signature cocktail style, warm and complex.
Ingredients:
- 50 ml de Miró Gran Reserva
- 20 ml brandy or VSOP cognac
- 10 ml dark cacao liqueur
- 1 dash chocolate bitters
- 1 drop vanilla essence (optional)
- Flamed orange peel
Preparation:
- Stir the ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
- Squeeze the flamed orange peel over the cocktail.
Characteristics:
Dark amber color with mahogany highlights. Deep aromas of cacao, vanilla and barrel aging. On the palate it is round, with a velvety texture and lingering notes of oak, chocolate and sweet spices.
