At Miró Vermouth, we are proud to announce that we have been selected as finalists for the Catalunya International Award, which recognises Catalan companies with global impact. This distinction is part of the prestigious SME Awards organised by PIMEC. The award ceremony was held on June 12 at the Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona, with more than 1,400 attendees, including institutional, business, and social representatives.
Since 2013, this award has recognised companies that help promote Catalunya internationally, not only through their products or services, but also through their values, commitment, and contribution to enhancing the country’s reputation abroad. It honours those who showcase Catalunya as a place of excellence, innovation, and quality.
Being chosen as finalists in this category fills us with pride and reaffirms our commitment to the quality, tradition, and global reach of Catalan vermouth. From Reus, our vermouth has travelled the world, proudly carrying with it the Mediterranean spirit, aperitif culture, and the name of Catalunya.
From Miró, we would like to congratulate Cooperativa Cadí, the well-deserved winner of this year’s Catalunya International Award. Their history, product quality, and strong local roots are a shining example of how Catalan talent and identity can reach far and wide.
This nomination is also a motivation to keep pushing for the international presence of our vermouth, staying true to our heritage while looking to the future. Thank you to everyone who shares this journey with us. We’ll continue working to ensure that Miró Vermouth stands not only for great taste, but also for a globally recognised Catalunya.
