At the <strong>IX Gourmet Food Retail night,<\/strong> held at the Palau de Pedralbes in Barcelona, <strong>we were honoured to receive the Agroalimentary Innovation Award<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This award recognises our commitment to innovating our vermouths and our new <a href=\"https:\/\/vermutmiro.com\/en\/producto\/vermouth-miro-rose\/\">Vermouth Mir\u00f3 Ros\u00e9<\/a>, which was launched in 2024<\/strong>. Our commitment to research and innovation is essential for developing new products and improving the organoleptic, nutritional, and sustainable qualities of our vermouths. This recognition motivates us to continue evolving and offering our customers unique products that combine tradition and modernity.<\/p>\n<p>The new Mir\u00f3 Ros\u00e9 vermouth is a fresh, hibiscus-infused ros\u00e9 that is ideal to drink on its own, with tonic, or in a cocktail. It has generated great excitement among attendees and allowed us to expand our range and reach new consumers. This vermouth was presented in 2024, and during the exhibition of products by the Cluster members, our brand manager Ester Bachs revealed it to the attendees.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, this event has provided an excellent opportunity to connect with other professionals in the sector, discover new trends, and explore potential collaborations with leading companies in the food and retail industries.<\/p>\n<p>At Mir\u00f3 Vermouth, we are very grateful to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cfoodretail.cat\/\">Cl\u00faster Food Retail de Catalunya<\/a> for this recognition. It encourages us to continue working with the same passion, combining tradition with creativity to produce the finest vermouths.
