Es un vino dulce elaborado a partir de mosto de uva natural de diferentes variedades, apagado con alcohol vínico hasta un grado alcohólico de 15% vol. De color amarillo pajizo, de aspecto nítido y brillante, denota cuerpo y untuosidad.

En nariz destaca por sus aromas complejos, tipo alcoholes superiores, holandes de vino y también uvas pasificadas. En boca es sedoso, equilibrado, con agradables sensaciones por vía retro-nasal. Final de boca medio con un buen recuerdo.

A temperatura ambiente o en frío, acompaña muy bien los postres, repostería y frutos secos así como en la elaboración de exquisitas recetas culinarias.
