Margarita Rosé

This cocktail is a variation of the classic Bramble, incorporating Miró Rosé to add a fruity and elegant touch.

 

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml premium white tequila
  • 40 ml coconut milk
  • 20 ml fresh lime juice
  • 15 ml simple syrup
  • 30 ml Miró Rosé
  • 30 ml triple sec
  • Ice
  • Tajín for rimming the glass
  • Lime slice for garnish

 

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the rim of the glass:
    • Run a lime slice around the rim of a margarita glass.
    • Dip the rim into a plate with Tajín mixed with a little salt to create a spiced crust.
  2. Mix the ingredients:
    • In a cocktail shaker, combine the white tequila, coconut milk, lime juice, simple syrup, Miró Rosé and triple sec.
    • Fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake vigorously:
    • Shake the shaker for 15–20 seconds to chill and thoroughly mix all the ingredients.
  4. Serve:
    • Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice. Strain the mixture from the shaker over the ice.
  5. Garnish:
    • Place a lime slice on the rim of the glass. Sprinkle a little more Tajín over the surface of the cocktail for an extra touch of flavor and color.

 

Notes:

  • Miró Rosé adds a hint of red fruits and a light sweetness, perfectly complementing the citrus flavor of the lime and the complexity of the gin.
  • The Tajín on the rim provides a spicy and salty contrast that pairs perfectly with the sweet and citrus notes of the drink.
