This cocktail is a variation of the classic Bramble, incorporating Miró Rosé to add a fruity and elegant touch.
Ingredients:
- 60 ml premium white tequila
- 40 ml coconut milk
- 20 ml fresh lime juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 30 ml Miró Rosé
- 30 ml triple sec
- Ice
- Tajín for rimming the glass
- Lime slice for garnish
Preparation:
- Prepare the rim of the glass:
- Run a lime slice around the rim of a margarita glass.
- Dip the rim into a plate with Tajín mixed with a little salt to create a spiced crust.
- Mix the ingredients:
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the white tequila, coconut milk, lime juice, simple syrup, Miró Rosé and triple sec.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously:
- Shake the shaker for 15–20 seconds to chill and thoroughly mix all the ingredients.
- Serve:
- Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice. Strain the mixture from the shaker over the ice.
- Garnish:
- Place a lime slice on the rim of the glass. Sprinkle a little more Tajín over the surface of the cocktail for an extra touch of flavor and color.
Notes:
- Miró Rosé adds a hint of red fruits and a light sweetness, perfectly complementing the citrus flavor of the lime and the complexity of the gin.
- The Tajín on the rim provides a spicy and salty contrast that pairs perfectly with the sweet and citrus notes of the drink.
