Tamb\u00e9 serveix f\u00e8cula de blat de moro o Maizena si ets cel\u00edac<\/p>\n<p>100 ml de Vermut Mir\u00f3 Reserva<\/p>\n<p>Un motlle de 24 cm de di\u00e0metre<\/p>\n<p>2 fulls de paper de forn<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ol>\n<li>Comencem a batre els ingredients per aquest past\u00eds de formatge.<\/li>\n<li>Posem el formatge crema en un bol i comencem a batre amb les varetes el\u00e8ctriques perqu\u00e8 el formatge quedi encara m\u00e9s crem\u00f3s. Sense deixar de batre, incorporem a poc a poc la nata.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3, afegim el sucre. Incorporem els ous i batem fins que quedin ben integrats a la mescla. Afegim la farina i batem fins que tot quedi ben barrejat. I, finalment, afegim els 100 ml de Vermut Mir\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Passem el contingut del bol al motlle folrat.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Fornejat i presentaci\u00f3<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Per a un motlle de 24 cm, enfornem aproximadament durant 55 minuts en posici\u00f3 central amb calor a dalt i a baix a la mateixa temperatura del preescalfament, 190\u202f\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li>Quan el past\u00eds estigui quallat, obrim lleugerament la porta del forn i deixem temperar a dins durant 15 minuts amb el forn apagat.<\/li>\n<li>Despr\u00e9s el traiem del forn i el deixem refredar completament a temperatura ambient sobre una reixeta. Encara que el past\u00eds es mogui una mica, estar\u00e0 fet. A poc a poc agafar\u00e0 m\u00e9s consist\u00e8ncia i baixar\u00e0 de volum.
