Despr\u00e9s, fem el mateix amb les t\u00e0peres i el pebrot del padr\u00f3, picant-los amb cura perqu\u00e8 la seva mida sigui adequada. Col\u00b7loquem tots aquests ingredients en un bol gran, barrejant-los b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 es distribueixin de manera homog\u00e8nia.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, afegim la carn de vedella madurada, que hem tallat a ganivet en trossos petits. \u00c9s important que la carn estigui ben picada perqu\u00e8 es barregi adequadament amb els altres ingredients. Barregem b\u00e9 la carn amb la ceba, les t\u00e0peres i el pebrot del padr\u00f3 fins a obtenir una barreja uniforme.<\/p>\n<p>Tot seguit, afegim una quantitat generosa d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra DOP Siurana, que aportar\u00e0 un sabor suau i afruitat al t\u00e0rtar. Despr\u00e9s, incorporem una cullerada de mostassa de Dijon, que afegir\u00e0 un toc picant i caracter\u00edstic, i dues cullerades de salsa teriyaki de Vermut Mir\u00f3, que aportar\u00e0 un sabor dol\u00e7 i umami. Assaonem amb sal i pebre al gust, tenint cura de no excedir-nos.<\/p>\n<p>Barregem b\u00e9 tots els ingredients per assegurar-nos que estiguin completament integrats. Cobrim el bol amb paper transparent i el refrigerem durant uns 20 minuts. Aquest temps de refrigeraci\u00f3 permetr\u00e0 que els sabors es barregin i s&#8217;intensifiquin, a m\u00e9s de mantenir la preparaci\u00f3 a una temperatura adequada.<\/p>\n<p>Per servir el t\u00e0rtar, utilitzem un aro de cuina per formar un cilindre a cada plat. Aix\u00f2 donar\u00e0 una presentaci\u00f3 elegant i professional al plat. Decorem el t\u00e0rtar amb unes t\u00e0peres addicionals i una mica de salsa teriyaki de Vermut Mir\u00f3 Reserva, per afegir un extra de sabor i presentaci\u00f3.
